Serious motorcycle accident in Rosenheim: two young people injured!

On Wednesday evening, October 30th, a serious motorcycle accident occurred in the Rosenheim city area, in which two young people were injured. Around 8:20 p.m., a 16-year-old motorcyclist from the southern district wanted to turn to Miesbacher Strasse when she collided with a fallen component of another vehicle. The accident caused the motorcycle to slip under the guardrail and crashed into a post anchored in the ground.

The 15-year-old passenger was thrown against the guardrail in the fall and was seriously injured, while the driver fell down a slope about 10 meters long and was also seriously injured. Both young people received medical help on site and were brought to the Rosenheim Clinic. Fortunately, according to doctors, there is currently no danger to life. The property damage to the motorcycle and the guardrail is estimated at around 10,000 euros.
