Shepherd dog Elisa: From the back yard to hope for a happy ending!

A tragic fate shaped the eight -year -old shepherd Elisa, who until a few days ago vegetated on the back yard of a restaurant in Roth, where she lived under painful conditions. The animal had tortured their inflammation in the paw. But now there is hope: the animal welfare organization Tierhilfe Franken e. V. has taken on the case and found a smoke smoking for the bitch, while she has to undergo urgently needed medical treatments.

After the veterinarian was examined that Elisa had great pain and urgently had to be operated on, she was introduced to an orthopedic surgeon on October 14th. The X -rays revealed that outdated plates and screws were in their legs, which would have had to be removed long ago. The operation was successful, and for the moment an amputation is no longer in the room. Nevertheless, Elisa remains dependent on help because she is looking for a loving home. Tierhilfe Franconia coordinates the care and search for new owners, but is also urgently dependent on donations in order to be able to help the high treatment costs and to help.
