Central ceremony in rooms: emotional highlights of a unique trip

The importance of community and social engagement became particularly clear last Thursday in rooms when the closing ceremony of the ninth classes took place under the motto "Danced nine years" in the gymnastics and festival hall. This event was not only a degree, but also a ceremonial together that praised the success of the students.

The headmaster Jan Hofelich opened the celebration with a warm greeting, followed by the emotional speeches by the class teachers, Florian Laboranovits and Blerim Nuhiji. These speeches brought up the numerous common memories, successes and the strong cooperation of recent years. The motto of the celebration illustrated the togetherness that the students experienced during their school days.

The students had designed an inviting evening, which was supplemented by a creative power point presentation. This showed the funniest, emotional and most beautiful moments in their school career. Such reviews not only strengthen the community, but also help to capture the valuable memories.

An emotional highlight was the allocation of the graduation certificates. Each student was called up by name to take his certificate, which was tangible in the room with pride and melancholy. The best of the year and those who were noticed by their extraordinary social engagement in the school community were particularly emphasized. David Deibert received a special prize, while Sofie and Pauline Wasmann as well as Chiara Kolosionek and Romina Shabani were honored for their social contributions with a social award.

The final waltz rounded off the celebration and symbolized a fresh start for the graduates. After the official ceremonies, the buffet was opened, which was lovingly prepared by the students of the AES group. This offered the opportunity to say goodbye to teachers and classmates in a relaxed atmosphere and to celebrate the past few years.

This final party not only illustrated the transition to a new phase of life, but also the importance of cohesion and support within the community. In times when education and social engagement are becoming increasingly important, the GWRS rooms show how such cohesion is lived and promoted.
