Full closure to L 231: Road construction work start from October 21st!

From Monday, October 21, 2024, the Landesbetrieb for Road Construction (LFS) starts with the construction work on the L 231 between Erfweiler-Ahlingen and Rubenheim. This measure focuses on attaching the banquet and the maintenance of the adjacent drainage ditch. The work should be completed by mid -November 2024.

For the duration of the construction work, the L 231 is completely blocked for through traffic. The access to the Golf Club Katharinenhof is only possible from Erfweiler-Ahlingen. A detour leads from Erfweiler-Ehlingen via the B 423 to Wittersheim and Bebelsheim to Habkirchen, then via the L 105 to Reinheim and on municipal roads to Niedergailbach and Gersheim, before going back to L 231 in Rubenheim via the L 105.
