Shock accident in Westerhausen: Car collision in the roundabout!

On October 7, 2024, a traffic accident occurred on Landesstraße 85 in Westerhausen, which inflicted slight injuries to a 50-year-old Ford driver. The 74-year-old driver of a VW wanted to enter a roundabout at around 2:00 p.m., but overlooked the Ford already in the roundabout. The collision led to the Ford's side airbags triggered.

The rescue workers provided the injured driver directly at the scene of the accident. The damage to both vehicles amounts to around 8,000 euros. Due to the accident, the roundabout had to be completely blocked for one hour.
