On Saturday, October 5, 2024, federal police officers came across a 43-year-old passenger in a car approved in Poland during temporary border controls at the motorway rest area at the Neiße. The Munich II public prosecutor had issued an arrest warrant against him after he was convicted in June 2023 for driving.
