The Urban Development Committee is currently dealing with the construction of the "Green Heyde" district. This new development area comprises a total area of ​​47 hectares and is intended to provide a total of 1,200 residential units. A central goal in developing the new quarter is to minimize car traffic. To achieve this, it is planned that vehicles will be parked in large garages at the entrances to the district.
