Bargteheide celebrates reading festival: Start children's and youth book weeks!

Bargteheide, Deutschland - The children's and youth book weeks, the largest reading festival north of the Elbe, will take place this year from November 11th to 22nd all over Schleswig-Holstein and Nordschleswig. At 86 locations, public libraries invite about 290 events, including readings, workshops and musical performances. There is something for everyone here - from kindergarten child to high school students.

The city library Bargteheide has expanded its program and offers exciting free events. On November 12th at 3:30 p.m., the author Annette Amrhein will hold a reading for children from the age of three. In addition, on November 15th at 3 p.m. there will be a manga sign workshop for everyone from the age of ten, which requires registration. Another highlight is the reading with Impro theater on November 18 at 4 p.m. by author Heiko Wolz, who is aimed at children from the age of six. This event is also registered.
