Traffic accident in Lower Franconia: Driver without a license ends up in the ditch!

In a shocking traffic accident in Lower Franconia, a 55-year-old man with his blue Opel Tigra skidded and ended up in a moat. The incident occurred on Wednesday morning, October 9, 2024, on the state road between Wipfeld and Garstadt. According to the Werneck fire brigade, the vehicle came to the right while driving, overturned and landed on the roof in the ditch.

Several fire brigades from the area were alerted quickly, including Werneck, Theilheim and Wipfeld. Emergency services were able to quickly free the driver from his trapped car.
