In the heart of Saint-Babel, a remarkable community initiative has taken place, which shows how passionate the members of the FC2SBB are for their stadium and football. On Saturday, players, club representatives and local politicians gathered in the complex of the Moulins to support a renovation mission for the stadium's buvet.

The gratifying aspect of this initiative was that the required materials were provided by the Agglo Pays d’Issoire, while the workforce consisted exclusively of volunteers. This meant that the municipality was not burdened with any financial resources, which emphasizes the cooperation between the association and the community.

The renovation program included several important tasks. The work carried out included the replacement of an old, worn canopy and the installation of safety railings. In addition, the buvet received thorough cleaning, and measures to maintain the field in Brenat, which serves as a traditional training location, were also carried out.

Thanks to these efforts, the stadium now offers an improved infrastructure that can be used in good time for the beginning of the senior championships that are planned for September 8. These preparations are not only important for the players, but also for the entire community, which follows the games with enthusiasm.

In the youthful department of FC2SBB, the U13 youth were the only age group for the new season and took part in the Jules-Sbrogia-Challenge of the ASM Football on Saturday. The team achieved the 21st place among 40 participants - a remarkable result that reflects their achievements and the fighting spirit.

These activities and the joint use of the club members are an example of the strong connection within the community. Through their hard work on and around the stadium, the members not only show their enthusiasm for football, but also their commitment to improve and maintain vital sporting institutions.

Mobilization to renovate the stadium illustrates how sporting events can bring people together. It is obvious that FC2SBB is not just a football club, but a central part of social life in Saint-Babel. Such actions promote the sense of community and strengthen relationships in the local environment.
