Stuttgart turns: Christmas market starts on November 27th!

Stuttgart is preparing for the festive season: On November 27th at 6 p.m., the popular Christmas market will open, which will be ceremoniously launched this year by Mayor Frank Nopper in the Renaissance inner courtyard of the old castle. Around 300 dealers will offer their goods by December 23, and the city is once again expecting over three million visitors in the atmospheric downtown.

The stalls open an hour earlier, from 5 p.m., and the market opening times offer numerous opportunities to enjoy the winter delicacies: Monday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday until 10 p.m. and Sunday until 9 p.m. Visitors can discover mulled wine, bratwurst as well as Christmas tree decorations, winter clothing and many other products on the market.
