VfB Stuttgart plans to introduce an election committee: 44 candidates in the first election members inspire members

New focus on transparency and democracy: VfB Stuttgart receives 44 applications for the election committee

VfB Stuttgart plans to strengthen membership management and to compare a new era of transparency and say. Against this background, an application for amendment to the statutes was made to introduce an election committee. On July 28, 2024, the members have the opportunity to choose between two variants, which were drawn up by the statutes commission on behalf of the Presidium. Both variants stipulate that nine members and three replacement members form the election committee that is elected for four years.

The demand for this new choice was impressive. A total of 44 members of VfB Stuttgart submitted their applications on time. These 44 candidates have agreed to form the election committee at the upcoming general meeting.
