Drug raid in Gera: Searched man lands behind bars!

On September 27, 2024, officials from the Gera State Police Inspection were called to an apartment building in Gartenstraße in Gera, Liebschwitz. Around 8:00 p.m., a man opened the door, who was quickly identified as a person you are looking for. When searching the apartment, the officials discovered a crystalline substance on the coffee table.

As it turned out, it was a small amount of methamphetamines. The apartment owner could not pay an outstanding fine of over 3000 euros and was then transferred to the Hohenleuben correctional facility. In addition, a procedure for violating the Narcotics Act was initiated.
