The Jena police wanted to stop a BMW driver on Sunday evening because there was a suspicion that he was traveling without a valid driving license. But the suspicious man withdrew and ran away on foot while his BMW stayed at the scene. A short time later, the 47-year-old vehicle owner returned to the car, but this time accompanied by a person who was entitled to drive the BMW. A procedure for driving without driving license was then initiated against the owner.
