Heavy metal school bands in the ramp light: Hematom anniversary concert in Kemnath with a special preliminary program

On July 12th a very special concert will take place in Kemnath. The heavy metal band "Hematom" has invited two school bands to appear in the opening act. A seven -member band from the Hollfeld comprehensive school was selected because she convinced the jury with her cover version of "Dance on the volcano". Although their style does not correspond to that of hematoma, they fit well with the event. So you deserve the chance to play in front of a large audience.

The idea of applying for this appearance came through the former secondary school principal, which was connected to hematoma. Music teacher Andrea Günther was immediately enthusiastic about the idea and put together a band from older students. The students worked hard and met especially during the Pentecost holidays to prepare their application video.

The preparations for the concert were intense. After their own school concert last week, the students had little time to prepare for the big appearance. Nevertheless, they were motivated and rehearsed for four hours every day. On stage in Kemnath you will perform six songs, including hits by Joan Jett & The Blackhearts and Bon Jovi. It will be an evening full of rock music, because they don't want to anticipate the hits from hematoma.

The students are excited, but also with anticipation for their appearance. Despite the exhaustion after the last concert, they are highly motivated and can hardly wait to play in front of a large audience. The music teacher emphasizes how proud she is and how much you look forward to the evening.

The second selected band consists of students from the Weidenberg middle school. Although they are not an official school band, they rehearsed hard and deserve the chance to stand on the stage. Together with the band from Hollfeld, you will experience an unforgettable evening in Kemnath.
