The annual event in Tortereuth has established itself as a popular event in the region. The combination of a spectacular soap box race and a village festival not only attracts the participants, but also numerous visitors. In bright sunshine, 50 children and young people from the area took part in the exciting race on Sunday, which was held on a 150 meter long route. Although the number of participants decreased slightly, the mood remained undisturbed and full of joy.

The results were as follows: Henri Fellner won in age group 2 to 6 years, while in category 7 to 10 years of Elena Härtl the fastest time reached. Felix Teubner was able to achieve first place in the 11 to 18-year-olds. The award ceremony took place as part of the village test and made it clear that this cheerful and accident -free event was a success for everyone involved. Organizer Alexander Fach expressed his enthusiasm for the positive response and was happy about the radiant laughter of the participants, which demonstrated the loyalty and cohesion.
