Seven murder: Schleuser in court - drama on the highway!

A suspected smuggler will be the focus of the judiciary from the Traunstein District Court: he is accused of having killed seven migrants in a terrible incident, including a six -year -old child. The 25-year-old Syrian, who most recently lived in Austria, is said to have been in a minibus with 22 migrants in October last year when he tried to escape the police. With a crazy 150 km/h, the car raced into a motorway exit, overturned and landed devastating on the roof.

The indictment also refers to further trips in which the accused is said to have promoted a total of 46 people to Bavaria under life -threatening conditions. He was accompanied by three other men who acted as scouts to secure the escape. This dangerous ride ended tragically for one of the injured people who are now suffering from permanent brain damage. The leader of the smallbuss survived with comparatively slight injuries, while the scouts are charged with death in a separate procedure due to intersection.
