Waldkraiburgerin in court: Penal order published twelve times on x!
A 58-year-old woman from Waldkraiburg caused a sensation before the Mühldorf district court after publishing a penalty order twelve on the platform X (formerly Twitter). Paula M. had to justify whether the publication was lawful. During the negotiation, the judge, Dr. Angela Miechielsen, again and again that it is only a matter of permission to publish the criminal order. Paula M., on the other hand, often turned away from this topic and approached earlier charges in which she had been condemned because of the unauthorized spread.
Despite her explanations and a self-defense over 45-minute self-defense, the judge finally decided against her and imposed a penalty of 210 daily rates of 15 euros each. "They thought they should publish the punitive order, but they are not allowed to do that," said Miechielsen. The prosecutor confirmed that the public of the contributions endangered the legal proceedings, no matter how often they were viewed. Paula M. had announced that it would be against the judgment, while the public prosecutor would also like to appeal. Further information on this is in an article by www.ovb-online.de
