In a shocking incident in Flieth/Stegelitz, a brazen thief struck in front of the owner at the weekend. The woman who was walking near her house watched a van with a UM mark before her entrance. An unknown perpetrator jumped out of the vehicle and grabbed a children's bike trailer.
