Discovery trip for young researchers: in the footsteps of water dripping
This week, six inquisitive children experienced an exciting discovery tour at the media tower in Prenzlau. This event was part of the agenda diploma, a summer vacation program that has been offering instructive experiences in the region since 2011. Unlike many other programs in recent years, this tour focused on the water management aspect of the former water tower.
Water-Eldixier and Natural Resource
with Sandra Stirnert and Tommy Kath from the waterworks Prenzlau, the children went on the exciting journey to understand the path of a dripping. During the three -hour exploration, the young participants not only learned how water is prepared, but also how important this resource is for our daily life. Questions like "How do I deal with water?" And "Why is water so important to us?" were discussed intensively.
The Agenda diploma-A valuable offer for children
The Agenda diploma not only promotes children's interest in important topics such as water, but also offers a valuable platform to promote knowledge and community feeling. Associations, companies and administrations shape a free and varied program together that starts every year during the summer vacation. This initiative not only supports children's formation, but also contributes to a stronger sense of community.
The importance of the water tower for the region
The media tower, once a water tower, played an important role in the history of Prenzlau. As a symbolic building, it now connects history and modern education by using it as a location for such programs. The preservation of history, combined with the refreshment of knowledge over water and its importance for life, ensures that the next generations learn a respectful way of dealing with this valuable resource.
Future through education
The Agenda diploma and its activities are more than just a holiday program. They are an investment in the future of children in Prenzlau. At a time when environmental issues are increasingly becoming the focus, it is of vital importance that young people develop awareness of sustainable use of water. The exchange between experts and the children not only promotes knowledge, but also a committed and informed generation of tomorrow.
