Young film talents wanted: creative workshop in the Uckermark

The opportunity for young people to realize their creative ideas through film is the center of an exciting workshop in the Uckermark. Under the motto "Umse (h) en" children and young people are invited to present their stories in film and to learn basic skills in film production.

Access to the media world for all

The workshop "From the idea for the film" is aimed at participants aged 10 to 18 and offers the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the fascinating world of the film. In a supportive environment, the participants work together to develop their own short film - from creating the script to camera work to the cut. This interactive approach not only promotes creativity, but also teamwork and social interactions among the young filmmakers.

Where and when creative work takes place

The workshops take place in several places in the Uckermark. The first course runs from July 22nd to 26th in the multicultural center in Templin, followed by another workshop that takes place from July 29 to August 2 in the youth culture center "Alte Brauerei" (the brow) in Angermünde. From 5th to August 9th, interested parties can visit a workshop in the family in Prenzlau and in the youth center "Villa 2.0" in Templin. All events take place daily from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Support and freedom of freedom of participation

Participation in the workshops is free of charge, which enables all children and adolescents to participate without financial hurdles. The physical well -being is also taken care of during the events. At the end of the workshop, the short films produced are presented as part of the UM Challenge. This project is supported by "Movies in Motion" and is under the program "Culture makes strong".
