Blocking in Neu-Ulm: Adenauerbrücke is replaced-important information!

In the first quarter of 2025, construction work for the replacement building of the Adenauerbrücke begins, which fully blocked the Danube Cycle Path on the Neu-Ulm side. During this time, cycling and pedestrian traffic is diverted via the Wiblinger Straße / Schützenstraße / Ringstraße intersection. In order to ensure traffic safety, the entire intersection area is redesigned, according to the State Building Authority Krumbach.

As early as Monday, October 14th, extensive closures in the intersection area have to come into force. These are to be completely canceled again on Thursday, October 31, if the weather is played. The closures affect Wiblinger Straße (from the confluence with the Old Donaubad) and Schützenstraße in several periods. On the weekends from October 18 to 21 and October 25th to 28th, the intersection is completely blocked. Bus lines 4 and 7 are also affected: line 4 runs without a stop between "Ehinger Tor" and "Illerbrücke", while line 7 is led by the construction site on weekdays and has the final stop at the "Ehinger Tor" at certain times. Further Details can be found in the press release of the State Building Office Krumbach, as reports nu.neu-ulm.de .
