In the old cemetery in Ulm, the horror is rampant: again various stone crosses and marble boards were deliberately destroyed! After these historical tombs have only recently been extensively restored, many of them are now in a desolate state. Vandalism shaked the city and the responsible team under the direction of Christian Giers. "We had renovated the facility ourselves, and now it is simply broken," explains Giers in his dismay.

The police have already started investigations, but the perpetrators are still unknown. The stonemason Andreas Scherer was commissioned again to remedy the damage after recently restoring the already damaged crosses. "The violent destruction requires brutal means, such as metal poles or rackets," Scherer describes the procedure of the vandals with horror.
