On Sunday afternoon, a traffic accident occurred in Gögglingen, a district of Ulm, which is due to a lack of attention in road traffic. A 22-year-old BMW driver turned away from the K9906 to Kirchberger Straße and overlooked an oncoming scooter. The collision led to the 66-year-old scooter driver and his 63-year-old companion from the scooter.
The rescue workers provided the slightly injured socia on site, while the driver was luckily unharmed. The property damage incurred is estimated at 9,000 euros at the BMW and 10,000 euros on the scooter. The scooter was no longer ready to drive after the accident and had to be towed.
