Also on Monday, a car on Ulmer Strasse was the destination of a thief in Oberhausen. At 3:45 p.m., a 23-year-old noticed that an unknown woman stole cash and other objects while loading his uninterrupted VW VW. When he confronted her, she fled the prey.
