In the Waldshut district, unemployment has dropped in October 2024! The number of unemployed decreased by 172 people to a total of 4,020, which corresponds to a decline of 4.1 percent. The unemployment rate is now 4.2 percent and thus below the national average of 4.3 percent. But appearance is deceptive: Unemployment rose by 192 people compared to the previous year, an increase of 5.0 percent.
