Deadly argument in asylum accommodation: man shot and disassembled!
A 58-year-old has to answer for homicide in court after shot a 38-year-old in accommodation for asylum seekers last December. The accused confessed in Waldshut-Tiengen at the beginning of the trial: "I shot twice." He claims to have acted out of self -defense because he was previously threatened by the victim.
The indictment accuses him of brought the body into a forest after the crime and then broke it into six parts with a machete, which he wrapped in mesh and hid in the Rhine. In April, divers found the body parts at Breisach in the district of Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald. The accused stood by the police at the end of April and confessed. During the Christmas days he spent with his family, the deadly argument occurred when the 38-year-old insulted him on the street and threatened with death. "I got a gun brought with me and followed him," he said before the district court. Further details on this case are about www.radiobielefeld.de to be found.
