Large renovation project: L3037 in Wiesbaden is extensively renewed

With the beginning of the Hessian summer vacation, a large renovation project starts in Wiesbaden. The heavily damaged state road 3037 is extensively renewed to ensure the safety of road users. The renovation work takes place in five sections, with the Lahnstrasse being fully blocked several times. Thanks to the clearly signposted detour routes, the flow of traffic should still be maintained.

The renovation of the state road 3037 in Wiesbaden will be carried out by Hessen Mobil in several construction phases from Monday, July 15th. The roadway is renewed over a total length of 2.8 kilometers between Chausseehaus and the beginning of the Wiesbaden passage and in the area of the high root. Each of the five construction phases requires a full closure to ensure the safety of workers and road users.

The roadway renovation is expected to be completed by the end of the summer vacation at the end of August. During the construction period, a large -scale detour is set up to maintain the flow of traffic.

The importance of timely renovation measures

In recent years, urgently needed renovation work on the L3037 has been set up due to the blocking of the Salzbach Valley Bridge. This led to an increased traffic volume and deteriorated road conditions. With the prompt start of the renovation work during the summer holidays, Hessen Mobil shows that the safety and functionality of the street infrastructure have a top priority.

The start of the construction project is an important step to improve road quality in Wiesbaden and to ensure a smooth traffic flow for the local community.
