Nils Döring: Successful training strengthens team before intensive games
Wiesbaden, Deutschland - Nils Döring, coach of the team, gives insights into the last training sessions during the international break. "We worked intensively and focused on standard situations," said Döring satisfied after a successful friendly against the Karlsruher SC, which was won 3-1. The offensive players showed excellent final qualities and completed additional training sessions to improve their exploitation of opportunities. "We are happy about the effectiveness that we are currently showing," says Döring.
The next challenge is imminent: Hannover 96, who have won four points after two games, is considered a strong opponent. "They press up and play men's football, despite their young squad," warned Döring. There are also personnel worries because Marius Wegmann (forearm break) and Mohamed Amsif (knee problems) will continue to fail. Nico Rieble also complains about a flu infection. The team has to prepare intensively for the upcoming game in order to be successful. Further details are www.hfv-online.de to be found.
