Full closure of the A66: Wiesbaden expects massive traffic disruptions!

On Wednesday, October 16, the city of Wiesbaden expects significant traffic disruptions, since the A66 is completely blocked due to construction work at Autobahn GmbH. The block comes into force from 9 a.m. to the evening, while road damage in the area of the Schiersteiner Kreuz is repaired in the direction of Rüdesheim.

The traffic is diverted via the Wiesbaden-Dotzheim/A643 junction, to the city center and with a U-Turn under the bridge just before the Erich-Follenhauer-Straße knot to drive back towards Mainz/Rüdesheim. Drivers are asked to adjust to delays and to pursue the traffic reports on radio.
