These new digital stations are available around the clock in the parking garages "Am Dom", "Am Theater" and at the train station. Users can receive and send their packages flexibly and contactlessly via the DHL app. As soon as delivery arrives, there is a notification on the smartphone. The pick-up is simple: a QR code or individual pick-up code is sufficient to open the box.

The introduction of packing stations, which was realized by Parkhausbetrieb GmbH in cooperation with DHL, increases the attractiveness of the parking garages as multifunctional service points in the city. This saves professionals and everyone who wants to quickly regulate their parcel facilities, valuable time without relying on the opening times of the post office.
