New team in Worms: Eight trainees start career on Ebwo!

On August 1st it was time again: The future became within reach! In Worms, young talents full of vigor started their trip to the professional world at the disposal and construction company Aör of the city. This is a significant opportunity for a total of eight motivated trainees and a committed FöJ-Ler (voluntary ecological year) that immerse yourself in the new phase of life with great dreams and ambitious goals. A warm welcome in the administration building set the perfect framework!

At a breakfast together, the chairman of the board of directors, Stephanie Lohr, welcomed the new faces. A moment full of smile, anticipation and of course the important words that accompanied the very first step into their new professional home. The prominent board members, such as the commercial board member Andreas Oberhaus, the head of the Central Services department, Olivera Hausmann, and the deputy chairman of the staff council Angelika Mucha, did not miss the opportunity to give the freshlings a warm reception.

It was a moment that not only marked the start of the new trainees, but also the common vision for a better future - each individual will now be important for the community.

The importance of these new positions is huge because they are key to sustainable development and show the commitment of the city of Worms to promote young people intensively.
