Bakery Graf in Ammerland opens again after a long standstill!

The bakery and pastry shop Graf in Ammerland will be reopened on March 1, 2025 after around half a year. Regina and Hubert Graf as well as their son Franz and specialist seller Heidi Dulner take over the business. Franz Graf, 26 years old, is a trained confectioner and master baker and will lead the traditional business. The bakery is known as the location for the ARD series "Hubert without Staller".

The bakery range will include fresh rolls, pretzels, bread, cakes and regional specialties. The products mainly come from local providers, including eggs, pasta, egg liqueur, jam, schnapps, sausages, yogurt and cheese. Grill meat products are also planned in summer. In order to save personnel, the bakery will no longer supply other companies.

The opening times of the bakery are: Saturdays from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m., Sundays from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and Tuesday to Friday from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. The opening is accompanied by the Beuerberger pasta workshop with homemade pasta, and surprises are planned. On montages, when the bakery has a rest day, the café becomes a film set for the series.

The closure of the Graf bakery was not without reason. After difficulties in finding and holding qualified staff, the bakery had closed indefinitely. Regina Graf, the owner, has spoken of a decommissioning of the company, but is planning a reopening as soon as there is enough staff available. The bakery was founded in 1905 by Josef Graf and is managed in the third generation.

The Ammerlander bakery Graf was open until last Saturday, followed by a company vacation. In the meantime, Hans-Joachim Kunstmann and his former wife Michaela Kunstmann have taken over the branch in Beuerberg. Kunstmann plans to continue in Beuerberg from October 1st and will re -post all previous employees, while he operates several catering businesses and a pastry shop with several locations.
