"20 iš mūsų 23 šviežiai iškeptų slaugos darbuotojų saugo SANA klinika", slaugos direktorius Udo Wihlenda paskelbė uždarymo ceremonijos proga. Šie nauji papildymai yra svarbus žingsnis praturtinti esamas komandas, nes jos suteikia naujų perspektyvų ir šviežio vėjo. Tai ypač aktualu tuo metu, kai daugelis sveikatos paslaugų vis dažniau kovoja su personalo trūkumu.
populiarios taikymo sritys ir bandymo rezultatai
Naujai apmokyti slaugos darbuotojai daugiausia dirbs kardiologinėse ir gastroenterologinėse stotyse, taip pat tarpdisciplininėje rinkimų stotyje ir tarpinėje priežiūroje (IMC). Wihlenda pabrėžė, kaip malonu, kad stažuotojai gali būti perimti jų pageidaujamuose skyriuose.
Auguste Scherf, buvęs praktikantas, pabrėžia praktinius ir išsamius mokymus SANA klinikoje. „Mes buvome optimaliai pasirengę savo profesijos reikalavimams ir visada gavome paramą iš mūsų praktikos instruktorių“, - praneša ji. Ši teigiama patirtis yra labai svarbi norint motyvuoti jaunus žmones slaugant ir išlaikyti ją ilgą laiką.
