Martinikirchplatz, 48155 Münster, Deutschland - On Wednesday morning, April 9, a 21-year-old suspected graffiti sprayer at the Martinikirchplatz in Münster was caught by the police. An attentive witness alerted the emergency services after watching the young man spraying on walls in Neubückenstraße and Martinistraße.
