In the night of August 17, 2024, a considerable fire occurred in Kempen, which called the local fire brigade onto the scene. The incident took place in Industriering Ost and affected a warehouse. The quick action of the fire brigade was crucial to prevent the fire from spreading to adjacent building parts.
