In the night from Saturday to Sunday there was a spectacular chase with a black SUV without a license plate in Wuppertal. Around 2:00 a.m., a patrol car crew noticed the suspicious vehicle in Wichlinghauser Straße and wanted to control it. But the driver ignored the antictions and fled at high speed towards Berliner Platz and further to Langerfeld. The police finally lost visual contact.
Thanks to an attentive point of view, the police were able to act quickly. This reported that the escape car was parked in Peter-Beier-Straße and the driver went to a residential building. The officials met the 18-year-old driver, who was in the trial period. During the check, they found indications of alcohol enjoyment, which resulted in a blood sample. The vehicle was confiscated and the investigation of the traffic commissioner is underway.
