Looking for experimental Gelsenkirchener: How does social media influence our feelings?

Gelsenkirchen, Deutschland - In Gelsenkirchen, an exciting study on the effects of social media on human emotion life starts. The psychological psychotherapist Dr. Christina Bartnick from the Ruhr University Bochum is looking for participants until November 10 who spend at least 40 minutes on platforms such as Facebook or TikTok every day. The aim is to research the extent to which this use affects the well -being of the user.

The participants who participate in the study not only have the opportunity to learn more about their own feelings, but also have access to special training to promote positive emotions. After completing online questionnaires for several months, the participants are divided into groups and benefit from expert knowledge from the Ruhr University.
