New Anhyment Slim flowing screed: Sustainability meets efficiency!

Heidelberg Materials has introduced an exciting expansion of its evoBuild product portfolio: theAnhyment Slim. This innovative product is a fiber-reinforced flowing screed based on calcium sulfate, which was specially developed for thin-layer screed constructions. With particularly low material requirements, the company not only wants to support the construction industry, but also the environment. Loud Construction links Anhyment Slim enables a CO₂ reduction of up to 36%.

This flowing screed is ideal for living spaces, in accordance with the requirements of DIN 1991-1-1, and can be used with a heating pipe coverage of 20 mm or more. A real plus point is the factory-fresh delivery via truck mixer. This enables direct processing without additional water or power connections - this is not only beneficial for the scaffolding, but also for the construction workers.

Ergonomics and efficiency

The high flowability of Anhyment Slim ensures that processing can be carried out ergonomically while standing. This performance was independently tested by the Materials Testing Institute at the University of Stuttgart, which gives the product additional credibility. Part of the evoBuild product family, which relies on CO₂-reduced and circular building materials, every product must meet strict sustainability criteria. This includes at least 30% CO₂ reduction, 30% recycled content or 30% material savings.

With its properties, Anhyment Slim meets the requirements for material efficiency, rapid strength development and improved thermal performance. The product is available for architects, screed layers and specialized construction companies in several regions, including North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhine-Main, Rheinhessen-Kurpfalz, Franconia and Lower Bavaria.
