Night of Education in Lörrach: Insights into career opportunities and more!

On Thursday, July 24, 2025, the bbv Academy in Lörrach invites you to the “Night of Education”. From 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. this evening there will be exciting insights into the world of training and further education as well as a variety of opportunities for career orientation. The venue is Robert-Bosch-Straße 3 in Lörrach. The target group includes schoolchildren, job seekers, skilled workers, students as well as career starters, career changers and returnees and offers the perfect opportunity to find out about career prospects.

Around 30 companies and educational institutions from the region will be represented. The program ranges from information stands to practical workshops and specialist lectures. Those interested can look forward to interactive activities, including welding and a forklift course. Such events are a good way to experience practical experience up close and exchange ideas with potential employers.

Diverse offers and entertainment

The “Night of Education” not only offers serious insights into training and career opportunities, but also provides entertainment. The live band “Blessing in Disguise” will provide musical accompaniment. There will also be a raffle with great prizes and delicious snacks from the bbv Gastro GmbH gourmet workshop. Participation in these events is free and registration in advance is not necessary.

The bbv Academy proudly looks back on almost 50 years of experience in practical training and further education and has already produced over 5,000 graduates. Their high placement rate speaks for the professional and pedagogical competence of the trainers. Next year the academy will celebrate its 50th anniversary, which is reason enough to look to the future with optimism.

Educational fairs as a guide

This event is part of a broader context of educational offerings and orientation events. For example, the vocational training fair will take place from December 8th to 11th, 2025 in the Nuremberg Exhibition Center. It promotes orientation for students and parents regarding training opportunities and school internships. Under the motto “Find out what you’re made of,” this event offers further important insights into training and further education. Such platforms are enormously helpful in making the diversity of professional opportunities visible and in setting the course for future careers.
