The last games speak for themselves. An unfortunate 0-1 defeat against Hansa Rostock was followed by a disappointing 2-2 draw in the home game against SC Verl. Glawogger only took up his position in April of this year after Bernhard Trares was released. The 35-year-old came from the northern regional league team Teutonia Ottensen, where he was released after just eight months. He came to SV Waldhof Mannheim with great expectations, especially after the club paid a transfer fee for him to Jahn Regensburg, where he was originally supposed to take over the U19 team. 

His sporting career and the expectations associated with it were praised by Zuber and the club management. Back then, Zuber emphasized Glawogger's modern approach to the game and his commitment to forging unity in the relegation battle. But despite these positive hopes, a change of coach cannot be ruled out, especially in the current, tense situation.
