Pforzheim, Deutschland - There is another reason to be amazed in Bad Databrunn: The bronze sculpture "Haug: a sculpture that conjures up rainbows" is reactivated on the En Zufer. This artistic masterpiece, which was created for the Ornamenta 2024 Crafts with the latest technology and not only attracts art lovers, but also the general public.

The installation uses a sensor to create a fine water jet, which makes a beautiful rainbow over the river when the sun is suitable. The best perspectives on the colorful spectacle must be enjoyed especially in the morning from the island bridge and in the evening from the En Zufer at the Emma hunter Bad.

This June the rainbow becomes visible at the following times: from 8.15 a.m. to 9.15 a.m. and from 5:45 p.m. to 6.45 p.m. In July, times shift slightly to 8.30 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. The spray times from 8.45 a.m. to 9.45 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. to 6.15 p.m. are scheduled for August. The best days to see the spectacle are Friday morning and evening, as well as Saturday morning, Saturday evening and Sunday evening. This environmentally friendly art installation has proven to be a real magnet for visitors who want to admire the play of colors.

The "Haug Regenbogenbrunnen" is not only freely accessible, but also designed in a wheelchair. Another plus point is the ornamenta app that offers visitors a daily rainbow forecast inside. This artificial art is the result of three years of project development and was curated by Jules van den Langenberg. Main sponsors such as the Pforzheimer Zeitung and the Sparkasse Pforzheim Calw supported this extraordinary art project.
