Heart sounds invite you: Free summer concerts in Bretten-Ruit!

As temperatures rise, so do the musical sounds in the region. It is with great anticipation that the vocal ensemble HerzTONES announces its summer concerts, which will take place on Saturday, June 28th and Sunday, June 29th, at 6:00 p.m. in the Evangelical Church in Bretten-Ruit. Admission is free and ideal for anyone who wants a relaxed atmosphere and harmonious sounds. Under the overall musical direction of Salome Tendies, visitors can look forward to the program “Bloom and Grow”, which includes a colorful mixture of quiet and soulful as well as rousing pieces. Not only lovers of classical music will get their money's worth here; Folk songs and modern pop songs also provide variety. Singing is unamplified, a cappella or with piano accompaniment, which is what makes the ensemble so special.

For 2025, the ensemble has an exciting new concert program entitled “How does love sound?” put on its feet. It's all about love stories from different countries, which are sung in a total of twenty languages. The songs come in the original language and are accompanied by funny choreographies and atmospheric imagery. Well-known and loved songs such as “You forgot the color film”, “Duerme negrito” and “Sto mi e milo” promise a touching evening that also pays homage to old traditions.

AQUABELLA has given over 1000 concerts in churches, theaters and festivals and is internationally known for their captivating stage presence. This year's WinterWunderWeltmusik program also includes a translation of the Christmas story into many languages, which is accompanied by magical performances and stories.
