Experience technology: trainees bring new opportunities to students in Sulgen!
Rottweil, Deutschland - In Sulgen, trainees and interns have come up with an exciting project at MS-Schramberg that opened up to the students directly. Strictly speaking, three interns worked in the training workshop over six afternoons and dealt intensively with technical processes. The entire project took place as part of an extended Bogy internship, such as the Black Forest messenger reported.
The project idea, which was based on the well -known game "Looping Louie", left the intern a lot of freedom in the design and implementation. Training manager Manuel Schneider was an important support for the group. The interns not only got basic technical knowledge, but were also able to deepen their knowledge of Arduino controls and random generators.
practical experiences and challenges
The challenge was great: to develop a functioning system that meets all requirements. The interns also had to master challenges such as the ballasting of the Zeppelin and weak pedals. Particular attention was paid to the quality of the components that offered important learning opportunities. Dealing with CAD software and the practical experience in turning, milling, soldering and programming were also part of the program.
At the end of this intensive week, a mix of 3D printing parts and rotated and CNC milled components was created. An innovative magnetic plug-in system for the connection of the components was developed and the entire project was finally presented on the "Day of Technology" at the Leibniz-Gymnasium Rottweil on May 28th. Interns and trainees presented their results in front of the school management and the parents and were able to proudly look back on what was done.
professional orientation and internship opportunities
The commitment of interns in technical projects in schools also has long -term perspectives. Among other things, Testo Industrial Services School internships that provide valuable insight into the areas of technology, natural sciences and IT. Here, the interns can bring in their interests and strengths and prepare for the various training opportunities in the company.
In addition, there is the possibility to complete internships in commercial-technical apprenticeships at Coperion . In addition to the construction of small machines, it is also about getting to know different workflows. The application deadlines are usually to be observed in good time because the places are limited.
Finally, it can be said that the combination of theory and practical experience is a big prize not only for the students, but also for the caring trainees. The project in Sulgen has therefore not only promoted technical skills, but also team spirit and independent work - foundations that are worth gold in professional life.
