FC Amberg signs talented defensive all-rounder Valentin Graml!
FC Amberg welcomes a new player to its ranks: Valentin Graml. The 20-year-old defensive all-rounder comes from the southern district league team 1. FC Rieden and now wants to take a step further in his career. “We are very happy to have Valentin with us,” announces Roman Reinhardt, the sporting director of FC Amberg. Graml brings a solid football education, which he received at SV Raigering, among others, and played 33 point and test games for Rieden last season. His strengths lie particularly in tackling and his flexibility, as he can be used on both feet in the back four. Fupa reports that Amberg has not only signed a talented player in Graml, but also one with a lot of experience from the district league.
What's next for 1. FC Rieden? After relegation from the district league, the club is optimistic and is starting to prepare for the coming district league season with a new coach, Bernd Scheibel. The opening training took place last Sunday and also included a squad presentation. Rieden has a few new additions to the squad, including Michael Weinfurtner (23) and Stefan Wölfl (33), who should provide a breath of fresh air. Central Bavarian emphasizes that the team wants to place at the top of the table for the upcoming season.
