Four new deacons for Eichstätt: Solemn consecration in the Guardian Angel Church!

This year things are going really well in the Diocese of Eichstätt! On Saturday, June 28th, believers in the Guardian Angel Church can look forward to a very special service: four candidates for the priesthood will be ordained as deacons in a solemn ceremony. The service begins at 9:30 a.m. and will be broadcast live on the diocese's website so that those interested can take part from anywhere. • Philipp Anselm Lürken: Pfarrei St. Hubertus, Dresden (Diözese Dresden-Meißen); Praktikum in Pfarrei Liebfrauenmünster und St. Moritz, Ingolstadt.
• Jonas Reißmann: Pfarrei Mariä Aufnahme in den Himmel, Roth; Praktikum in Pfarrei Herz Jesu, Ingolstadt.
• Sebastian Scharnagl: Pfarrei St. Canisius, Ingolstadt; Praktikant im Pfarrverband Berching.

Importance of deacon ordination
