Performance culture in focus
The discussion about performance culture is underpinned by various theses and concepts. Experts define performance culture as a corporate culture that is experienced as beneficial by both leaders and those being led performance culture. In this context, it is important that individual contributions are not only recognized but also encouraged. A healthy performance culture must be developed within the organization – from the bottom up. Both emotional and factual factors are important here, and relationships are based on give and take.
The summer academy is therefore not just an opportunity to learn. It will also provide a platform to reflect on the necessary changes in work culture. Anyone interested in creating an effective performance culture should not miss this event!
