Fatal motorcycle accident on Schönthaler Berg – a life lost!

A tragic accident occurred today on June 13, 2025 at Schönthaler Berg. At 4:15 p.m. there was a serious traffic accident on the PAF4 district road between Pfaffenhofen and Tegernbach in which a 28-year-old motorcyclist from the Neuburg-Schrobenhausen district lost his life. According to pfaffenhofen-today.de, the motorcyclist went into the opposite lane for reasons that are still unclear and collided with an oncoming Mercedes that was driven by a 64-year-old man from the same region.

Despite his protective clothing and quickly initiated resuscitation measures, the motorcyclist could not be saved and died at the scene of the accident. The driver of the car suffered minor injuries and his 61-year-old passenger had to be taken to hospital with moderate injuries.
