On July 4, 2025, the archive world in Germany will face exciting changes. A full-time or part-time position as a secretary (m/f/d) is currently being advertised. The heart of this position is the planning and monitoring of appointments as well as the creation of documents and statistics that are essential for the internal organization.

The tasks also include membership administration and the organization of the German Archive Day, one of the central events in archives. In 2025, the 92nd German Archive Day will take place under the theme “DIGITALISATE IN THE ARCHIVE. POSITIONS – PROCESSES – PERSPECTIVES”. Diverse requirements in archiving

An important aspect of the German Archives Day 2025 will also be ARCHIVISTICA trade fair which will take place parallel to the congress.
