On August 29, 2025, the Gazi Stadium on the Waldau was a scene full of excitement as the Stuttgart Kickers and the Kickers Offenbach met each other. This goal led to an exciting final phase in which both teams once again gave it their all. Ultimately the game ended in a fair 1-1 draw, which meant neither side could significantly improve their positions in the table.

After this game, Stuttgart is further away from the top of the table, while Offenbach lost their status as league leaders two weeks ago with a draw against Eintracht Trier. The gap to the top has grown to eight points for Stuttgart.
